Returns & Shipping

Shipping

All standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All personalised items can take up to 7 working days to be shipped.

With both our tracked options, you will receive email & phone (if number provided) updates for when you package will be received.

 

If you need your order sooner, please send us an email to see if we can help out. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK. We will look to offer this at some point in the future so please keep an eye on our social media and website for updates.

We currently do not offer any pick-up or local delivery options. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless faulty.

We require a valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation, receipt or invoice to process a return. If purchased through the website you can provide your order ID and we can confirm on our side of the details.

The products must be unused to be eligible for a refund. Products will be reviewed upon receipt and will be approved if the product has been unused.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the postage of a return. We recommend 2nd class recorded to enable good time in us receiving the goods within your return window.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the original item. We are able to offer store credit in the form of a gift card if an exchange it preferred.

Sale items will be offered as an exchange only. No refunds will be given for sales items.

If a product has been delivered and it is fault or damaged, please document the condition of the shipping boxing and the contents. We will then communicate with you by getting a replacement arranged.

Per our discretion we will not accept returns for the following reasons; You were aware of defects to the product when you made your purchase, you have damaged the item further or in a different manner to what the initial problem was, you no longer want the item and 14 days have passed since receiving your products. We will not accept items being returned by anyone else other than the buyer themselves.

Please send us an email to info@kinfolk-studio.co.uk to discuss your return, we can generate a shipping label for you that will need to be paid for at the post office.

We reserve the right to modify the returns policy at any time and encourage customers to review the policy periodically for updates.
